Liz comes to us from the Central Florida area (Orlando, Fl.) where she was the Director of Marketing for the Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Winter Park/Casselberry – there she developed and implemented all advertising, marketing and business development campaigns for the studios student body as well as the staff. Helping to grow the studio from a 3500 square foot studio to now the 10,000 square foot mega studio, consistently in the top 10 studios of all Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Worldwide. Ms. Rice has been in the Ballroom Dance Industry for several years starting with Fred Astaire Studios, St. Louis, Mo. then to the central/west coast of Florida under the direction of Oscar and Joy Palacios. Ms. Rice went on to own and operate two of her own studios in Central Florida (Ocala, Ormond Beach, Florida). Ms. Rice came to Cleveland for another Ballroom studio, which she worked with for 2 1/2 years before gracing the ballroom floor at Starz.
