There is no REFUND on any package after taking 20% of the lessons in the package.
All refunds are subject to a 15% cancelation fee. If paying with credit cards, we will charge a 5% processing fee.
No refund on Gift Certificates. No refund on wedding packages.
Private lessons are 40 minutes in length and 5 minutes for questions or to schedule the next appointment.
Group classes must be completed during the monthly cycle. No carry-overs.
Students must cancel lessons 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If notice of cancelation is not given within 24 hours, you will be charged for a full 45 minute lesson.
All lessons must be paid for in advance before they can be taken.
The same instructor cannot be guaranteed throughout the duration of package.
More than two people on a private lesson are considered a private group.
A private lesson does not assure a private room. We can have more than one lesson going on in the studio at the same time.
Students with packages do not pay for groups and weekly parties. They are included in the package they purchased.
